Suyash Jadhav is a para swimmer from India who specializes in the S7 category. Suyash Jadhav got his training in Deccan Gymkhana, Pune. Suyash Jadhav Became famous after winning a silver and a bronze medal at the 2015 IWAS World Games in Sochi, Russia, organized by the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation. He made history by becoming the first Indian Para swimmer to achieve the ‘A’ qualifying mark for the 2016 Paralympics held in Rio and in the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.
Suyash Jadhav won three gold medals in the 50m freestyle 50m backstroke, and 100m backstroke at the 21st National Para Swimming Championship 2021-22. He also won one gold and two bronze medals at the Asian Para Games 2018. Also, he won a silver medal in the 2017 IDM Berlin World Para Swimming World Series and won three silver medals at the 2016 German Swimming Championship. Also, he is the only Indian para swimmer to win a medal in Asian Games 2023 at Hangzhou.
