Due to injuries to key bench players and the addition of Ben Simmons to the starting lineup, the Nets are now one of the worst statistical teams in the NBA. A disastrous start to the regular season for the Brooklyn Nets came after one of the most turbulent offseasons in recent memory. Despite the eventual returns of superstars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, who were both reported to be traded this summer, the Nets have had a difficult start. The Nets have dropped their previous four contests and five of their previous six going into Monday night’s home game against the Pacers.
