He kicked off his career with Puneri Paltans in 2018, moved to Patna Pirates in 2021, and joined Bengal Warriors in 2022. During that season, he scored 44 points in 20 matches, with a tackle success rate of 47%. For the 2023 season, Bengal Warriors re-signed Shinde for an impressive 32.25 lakhs, and he is currently participating in his fifth PKL season.
