Phase one of the Pro Kabaddi League got underway on October 7, 2022, at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru. The season nine of the league will be played in three phases. Pune’s Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex and Hyderabad are the venues where the second and third phases will be staged. Delhi defeated Patna Pirates in the season 8 PKL final to win the championship the previous season with a thrilling 37-36 victory.
Bengaluru Bulls will face Bengal Warriors in the first match on October 12, 2022. With two wins in their first two matches, the Bulls are currently placed third on the team standings. While the Warriors won their last game against Telugu Titans by 45-25 after losing 33-41 to Haryana Steelers.
