Jehan Daruvala is an Indian racing driver who currently competes for Prema Racing in the FIA Formula 2 Championship. After winning one of three ‘One in a Billion hunts’ conducted by the Force India F1 team in 2011, he became a protégé of the organisation. He is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team at the moment. Daruvala was born in Mumbai to Parsi parents Khurshed and Kainaz Daruvala. He attended Mahim’s Bombay Scottish School. His father, Khurshed, is the current MD of Sterling & Wilson, a Shapoorji Pallonji affiliate company. The Indian began karting at the age of thirteen in 2011, winning championships and ending as runner up around Asia and Europe. Rayomand Banajee, his coach, saw his potential early on and was essential in building the groundwork for his future success.
In the 2021 season, he remained with Carlin alongside Dan Ticktum. After passing David Beckmann and forcing Theo Pourchaire to retire, the Indian finished second in the first sprint race in Bahrain. Daruvala finished 11th in the season. Daruvala finished 7th in the 2021 season and was outscored by teammate Ticktum. He finished with 113 points, including two race wins, the fastest lap, and five podium finishes.

Daruvala is currently in a relationship with Maia Shroff. Maia Shroff has worked as a junior client service at Barcode Entertainment since October 2020, according to her LinkedIn profile. She previously worked as a marketing professional at Nykaa Fashion for a year. The globe had to acclimatise to a new standard and start working from home months after the new decade began. As a result, she shared her break from the routine of working from home.
Maia Shroff formerly worked for eight months as a full-time junior client services representative at Barcode Entertainment: Strategic Brand Solutions.
