Jehan Daruvala is an Indian racing driver who currently competes for Prema Racing in the FIA Formula 2 Championship. After winning one of three ‘One in a Billion hunts’ conducted by the Force India F1 team in 2011, he became a protégé of the organisation. He is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team at the moment. Daruvala was born in Mumbai to Parsi parents Khurshed and Kainaz Daruvala. He attended Mahim’s Bombay Scottish School. His father, Khurshed, is the current MD of Sterling & Wilson, a Shapoorji Pallonji affiliate company. Daruvala announced his intention to race in the European Formula 3 Championship for the 2017 season in November 2016. The following month, he joined with Carlin to race. Apart from winner Lando Norris, he won one race at the Norisring and ended sixth in the championship, outscoring all of his colleagues. Daruvala represented Prema Powerteam in the first Formula 3 season in 2019. He won two races: the sprint race at Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit and the feature race in France. He had seven podium finishes and was second for the most of the season, but he finished third in the championship, just one point behind teammate Marcus Armstrong.

Daruvala reunited with Carlin in February 2020 to compete in the 2020 season alongside Yuki Tsunoda of the Red Bull Junior Team, and was also named as a new recruit to the Red Bull Junior Team. He won his maiden Formula 2 Sprint Race in Sakhir, Bahrain, at the end of the season. He finished the competition in 12th place with 72 points.

In the 2021 season, he remained with Carlin alongside Dan Ticktum. After passing David Beckmann and forcing Theo Pourchaire to retire, the Indian finished second in the first sprint race in Bahrain. Daruvala finished 11th in the season. Daruvala finished 7th in the 2021 season and was outscored by teammate Ticktum. He finished with 113 points, including two race wins, the fastest lap, and five podium finishes.
