Also, according to Yori, she needs to make it to practice at least twice a week. She informs Himari that such days are not available for a meeting. Yori proposes that on days when she has practice, they eat lunch together. Himari considers her options and considers whether she ought to attempt anything else. Himari proceeds to question Yori about her interest in joining the SSGIRLs.
Yori explains to Himari that she became a member of the SSGIRLS after Himari said that she felt “love at first sight” when she saw Yori sing with the group. Because Yori thinks this makes her appear needy, she later apologizes to Himari. Not to worry, Himari reassures Yori; she still thinks highly of Yori. On a deeper level, Himari wishes she could feel Yori’s affection for her.
Subsequently, the group, including Aki and Yori, makes it to the recording studio. A little warmup is all the females need. After telling the girls to stop, Aki gives Kaori and Yori some feedback on how they might become better. After that, the females keep on practicing. After band practice, the girls think back on it. Yori shares with the group her fresh outlook on band performance.
After some initial reluctance, Yori now finds the idea interesting; she also feels more comfortable playing with others and has a greater drive to get better. After that, Mari assures Yori that the Light Music Club Concert this year will be spectacular. They intend to put on a fantastic performance at the culture festival in September, Aki informs Yori.
