After that, at the Chiefs’ meeting, Ren reviews the Shangri-La battle report and thinks Himari may be a Chief in the future because of her remarkable ability. Next, Ren discusses the impending Commander Election. In spite of Fubuki’s concerns that the state of emergency may force a postponement, Ren reassures her that they will defeat the Thunder Gods and hold the election in Shangri-La.
Yakumo fantasizes passionately about all the Chiefs undressed after Ren reassures them that everyone with voting rights will be able to enter, despite the other Chiefs’ reservations. Tenka worries Yuuki because he stays silent and unresponsive as the meeting comes to a close.
Kyouka later inquires about Tenka’s whereabouts while massaging Yuuki in the 7th Unit dorm. Tenka has been keeping a low profile until she is no longer wanted, according to Kyouka, after infiltrating the Onmyou Agency and acquiring intelligence without incident. However, Ren and the Agency may have gotten wind of it. A phone call from Ren interrupts Yuuki’s internal expression of gratitude to Tenka. After Ren teases him a little, Yuuki tells him he can take care of all the important tasks since he will also be attending the Commander Election. Yuuki tells Kyouka that the call ended, but she still doesn’t understand why Ren would contact her.
In the 6th Unit dorm, Tenka has thought about Yuuki and feels guilty about having him worried about her. She daydreams of having an intimate encounter with Yuuki after remembering how strong he has become. She makes up her mind to share her findings regarding the Onmyou Agency with the Chiefs during the forthcoming Commander Election.
