The fans are excited for Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets The Wise Wolf Episode 3 which will be out soon. Lawrence, the protagonist, is a traveling salesman who stops in several cities to offer his wares. Lawrence encounters Holo, a girl with an animal tail, on one of his adventures; she assures him that he will reap many harvests. Additionally, Holo want to go back home, and Lawrence grants her wish, starting their adventure.

Episode 2 of Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets The Wise Wolf features Holo and Lawrence having a conversation about Holo’s unique physical attributes before they retire to a neighboring inn for the night. There, they advise Lawrence on how to handle his wheat and his looks. Up later, Lawerence sees a business partner and his spouse.
Zheren, another merchant, approaches Lawrence afterward to compliment him on his business acumen. When Zheren tries to peek behind Holo’s coat, she convinces him not to. After they get back to their hotel, Holo receives a wheat bag from Lawrence. Holo doesn’t care about this sack and is more intrigued by the adjacent dish of goat meat.
Lawrence brings up the fact that Holo still owes him money for everything he purchased on her behalf. While eating, they talk about how Zheren offered Lawrence something that wasn’t true. In a flashback involving Zheren, Holo, and Lawrence, we learn more about this proposition. Lawrence intends to proceed regardless of the fact that he learns Zheren might be dishonest.
After attending an early morning church service, Holo meets Lawrence by a well when he goes for a morning walk. Holo is worried about what will happen when she gets home as they talk about change. When Holo returns, her apartment will be just as Lawrence described it, Lawrence assures her. After that, they meet up with Zheren again, and Lawrence agrees to the terms.
Ahead of time, though, he informs Zheren that he will be unable to pay. Zheren assures them it’s fine and invites Holo and Lawrence to meet him at Yorrend, a pub in the village of Pazzio. There, Holo and Lawrence have a conversation about the passage of time. They go on to discuss their varied encounters with both wolves and humans. Holo suggests that the latter was difficult for him, whereas Lawrence suggests that the former was unpleasant. At the episode’s end, Holo finally comes clean about the fact that her life and Lawrence’s are completely separate.
