A super cool movie from Japan called ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid’ is releasing in CGV Cinemas on May 15 in Indonesia. This movie has been a huge success in Japan and also selling tons of tickets and making lots of money. It’s all about the adventures of high school students and the blizzardsame team who made the first movie are back for this one. Fans are really hyped up about it because It’s based on a famous book series and there are even more awesome things on the way.
The movie had a good start in Japan on December 1 and coming in at number 4 during its first weekend. It got a lot of people interested and sold 119,000 tickets making about S$1.11 million in just three days. Even though it dropped to number 8 in its second weekend it’s still doing well, It’s made around US$1.86 million so far in Japan.
Now, it’s coming to Indonesia after its success in Japan.
The movie was directed by Sōichi Masui and made by CloverWorks which wraps up the High School story of the series. Masahiro Yokotani wrote the series and also wrote the script for the movie. Satomi Tamura designs the characters and oversees the animation, keeping the look of the movie consistent with the series.
The new anime sequel for the Seishun Buta Yarō (Rascal Does Not Dream) series is here and fans are loving it. Following the success of the last one called ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out,’ this new installment Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid is keeping everyone amazed. The last one did well and selling lots of tickets and making lots of money during its first weekend even getting to the #4 spot.
The Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai series started as a light novel. It has been turned into different versions like the TV anime that started in Japan in 2018. The story is so interesting that lots of people all around the world started to like it.
They made a movie called Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl that came out in Japan in June 2019 after the TV show. It’s based on books six and seven of the light novel series. People liked the movie and it was shown in many countries in Southeast Asia by Aniplus-Asia. The University Student Arc is going to be made into an anime and the series is still going strong.
