How to fix error code BC-124?

BC-124 is basically a connection error, where players will be dealing with their internet connection. Firs thing players should do is to check their internet connection and see if the router is working fine or need resetting. For WiFi connection, players should connect their console to a router with an ethernet cable.

For players who wish to use a wireless internet connection with your console should ensure their connection is optimized by checking if any extra programs running in the background. Players will also require to set NAT type to “Open” or “Moderate.”

If this doesn’t work, players can try shutting the console off and turning it back on again or making sure the game is completely up to date and there are no updates to be downloaded. Finally, players can also unlink their console from their Battle.net account and then relink it by navigating through Account Settings on Battle.net.
