The OPM manga has finally diverged from the original webcomic, as Murata intended. The ending of the Saitama vs. Garou fight did not match the one shown in the webcomic. Many fans are unhappy with how the previous episode of One Punch Man ended, and how the manga is deviating from the webcomic. In the chapter’s final act, Saitama stands unharmed in front of Garou. He inquired as to whether his wish to become a monster had come true. He also inquired as to whether he was satisfied with the fight. Garou, on the other hand, could only think about how he would die. He had no idea how frail he would feel at the time of his death. Garou and Saitama were sitting in a room with the moon shining through the window when the chapter ended. One Punch Man Chapter 165 will now begin.
The fight between Garou and Saitama began in One Punch Man Chapter 164. The former realised that neither strategy nor technique were helping the hero. As a result, his last resort was blind attacks. However, Garou’s body mutated once more. His body now had two extra pairs of arms. Garou used these to launch Saitama down the mountain. Garou was at the pinnacle of his monster abilities at this point.
The following shot showed Earth emitting shock waves as Saitama collided with the ground. One of the planes was on the verge of sinking in the ocean. But it turned out that Garou’s shockwave had completely stopped the sinking. However, this incident resulted in the establishment of a temple.

Soon after, Boros appeared in the chapter. There’s a chance Blast is the one who resurrected Boros. In the final act of the chapter, Saitama was still punching Garou. The chapter concluded with the possibility that God is aware of Saitama’s existence.
Murata will need at least two weeks to complete a new chapter of the manga. As a result, the epic battle will finally begin in One Punch Man Chapter 165. The chapter will be released on May 26, 2022.
