Episode 1014 already covered pages three and four of the 1000th chapter, in which Zoro was thrown up to the roof by Marco and Luffy approached the roof’s stairs. Because the Minks were extremely worn down, the anime added scenes for a later event in which Luffy battled various Beast Pirate fodder.
The rest of the 1000th chapter features more dialogue between Yamato and Momonosuke, as well as a final flashback from the former about her time with Ace. Following this flashback, the focus shifts to the Skull Dome Rooftop, where Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, and Killer have all confronted Kaido and Big Mom.
Fans refer to the fight between Yonko and the members of the Worst Generation as “Roof Piece.” This moment begins what many fans consider to be the best part of the Onigashima Raid thus far, kicking it off with a clear bang. Episode 1015 will almost certainly adapt everything left in the 1000th chapter, as well as a portion of chapter 1001.
Ishitani’s track record as a director of One Piece episodes is nearly flawless. Her outstanding work will undoubtedly continue in this highly anticipated episode, providing fans with plenty to look forward to on Saturday evening.
