Modern Warfare 2 has finally been revealed and Call of Duty players can’t keep calm. Fanatics have already started gearing up for the next installment of the iconic franchise. After the success of the first iteration that came out in 2019, Activision and Infinity Ward have brought another title in the Modern Warfare trilogy, naming it Modern Warfare II.
There have been several rumors about the game going around for months, with discussions around its gameplay, similarities with the classic CoD game, and other things. In this article, we will discuss things that were revealed in the trailer.
There are some major changes coming to Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer. The Gunsmith was popular among the players when it was introduced in Modern Warfare (2019) and it’s getting an overhaul in Modern Warfare II.
Weapon Platforms lets players unlock new guns. If players level up a weapon to a certain extent, they can start unlocking other guns available on the platform.

Five new Modern Warfare 2 maps were also confirmed with the reveal. They are as follows:
The new game also brings several changes to movement, mobility, and vehicles. The water system has been improved and lets players traverse maps by swimming and hanging off of ledges.
There will be new amphibious vehicles to take advantage of water on the maps, while a helicopter troop carrier will let players take their squad wherever they need to go.
There have been several rumors about Warzone 2 for months, but it has been confirmed that “a new Warzone 2.0 experience” will be released in 2022.
