The 1.19 update for Minecraft is still far away. It certainly looks like Mojang is on the verge of being ready for release. Every week, they release snapshots, betas and previews to fix features before the full release.
Lately, these snapshots, betas and previews have been less about new features and more about bug fixes, it appears the update is closer to ready. This has been a much-awaited update since the 1.18 update was dropped. Players await the release of the warden, the frog and the mangrove swamps. However, as the release gets closer and closer, some think it will be another disappointment. However, one Minecraft Redditor attempted to show his fellow crafters that the glass is half full, not half empty. He showed them some really cool additions coming in the next update. When updates are first announced, they usually get pretty hyped. Even Mojang was to blame, as one commenter felt they overstated things a bit for 1.19. He notes that Mojang announces an update and talks about all the good things players can expect. As the update gets closer, they notice that the joints are not as good and the joints are not as good as they thought.
The incident prompted one Minecraft Redditor to point out that although it may sound like a let-down, the 1.19 update is about to add some really cool things. He showcased the items that other Minecraft gamers can look forward to, including:

• Mangrove leaves

His list also didn’t include the fact that this update also added frogs, wardens, two new biomes, and more. One thing that was removed from this update was Fireflies. Ultimately, this has divided the community.
Many Minecraft gamers are excited about the new stuff, but others are disappointed by yet another disappointing update. One commenter thinks Mojang is headed backwards. Another pointed out that many of these additions were originally delayed. Others were sympathetic to Mojang. Another player pointed out that it may not actually be Mojang’s fault. Even with potentially huge updates, there’s always something to cheer about. Maybe the name of the next update is not helpful. But at the end of the day, a free update is always good.
