Recap of Chapter 450

Chapter 450 begins with Tadano Hitohito detailing the plans for the First Year Cultural Festival. Every group in the class is in charge of a different part of the ramen stand—the flyers, the noodles, the ingredients, the soup, and the décor.

Koi Shouta, Ogiya Hafuru, Fuki Yo, Nanoda Kyara, and Tsubo Hamaru—the soup team members—are the main characters in this episode. Tsubo, Ogiya, and Fuki give their approval when Nanoda makes a soup sample with powdered mix. But Nanoda’s use of powdered seasoning is something Kori simply cannot stand. As a result, the team members start to feel anxious.

He storms out of the room in a rage after Kori makes disparaging remarks. After realizing she was the one who started the fight, Komi Shouko feels bad for the squad and wishes she could apologize for forcing them to take part in the cultural event.

I don’t understand why Komi is apologizing; Nanoda thinks she’s selfish for making choices without thinking about other people. Finally, Kori comes back with the soup ingredients and shows his dedication to making a good one by preparing the pork bones.

Tadano tells Komi that a hero can’t be a leader who takes on too much after they’ve worked out their differences. Komi listens carefully to his advice and agrees with him.
