The fans are excited for Bartender: Glass of God Episode 4 which will be out soon. Getting a good bartender for the Hotel Cardinal’s open bar was a major challenge in the last episode. Ryu had previously turned down the position, so it’s looking doubtful that he will accept, so the team leader consults with the head bartender about filling the position with an insurance policy. Things could get dicey for them if he keeps refusing. He elaborates by saying that their rival hotel’s star bartender, Ryuichi Kuzuhara—also known as “Mister Perfect”—is the reason the chairman is so fixated on Ryu.

However, Hikari thinks Miwa is going on a date when she leaves work early to visit somewhere, despite the fact that Miwa is a workaholic. Sadly, Miwa is merely paying a visit to her grandfather, who happens to be the chairman of Hotel Cardinal. During their visit to Mister Perfect, the chairman brings up Ryu and gives him a glowing recommendation in front of Ryuichi.
The next stop for the grandpa and grandchild is Ryu’s tavern. A woman walks in and orders B&B at the same time they are placing their drink orders. Then she asks Ryu about the drink, and he gives it to her. After she thanks him, she leaves, explaining that she had the guts to leave her work that day. Since most guests tend to focus on Ryu’s drink mixing rather than asking if the bar is open, Ryu decides to let the party in on the secret that the woman is actually a bartender.
The chairman was expecting Mister Perfect to show up to Ryu’s bar a little later. A Gin Fizz, he says. Simultaneously, Ryu answers Mister Perfect’s questions regarding the drink’s background with flying colors. For a split second, Mister Perfect can’t believe Ryu changed the drink’s recipe until he tastes it. Even though he used Wasabon sugar, Ryu admits that he produced the cocktail according to his own recipe.
