In the latest update leak for Honkai Star Rail’s 2.1 version we got a sneak peek at Boothill’s cool moves the update will bring in new characters like Acheron and Gallagher along with some exciting events and rerun banners. During a livestream it was confirmed that Aventurine will arrive in phase two on April 17th, in the upcoming update 2.2 expected in early May Boothill and Robin will make their debut. Although Boothill isn’t officially out yet leaked animations show his cowboy style complete with a mechanical arm and revolver.
He’s described as a tough cyborg cowboy who deals massive damage. Leaks also suggest that Robin and Boothill will have roles as supporters and damage dealers in the game.

Most notably the third form of the character that makes use of the Imaginary element is expected to be revealed in the update: the Harmony Trailblazer.
Although information about how to match the Trailblazer with Harmony & Imaginary is still lacking early sources indicate that the main objective will be to deal significant single-target damage. The new characters in Honkai Star Rail’s upcoming update 2.2 are the main subject of leaks which provide information about their skills and responsibilities in player teams.
There is rumours that Robin and Boothill will play the parts of principal damage dealer and buffer respectively. It is believed that Robin’s skill set will increase the ATK and CRIT DMG of her friends and Boothill’s skills will increase Toughness damage and apply a Physical Weakness effect to enemies.
In Honkai Star Rail, Boothill is connected with the Physical element and is described as a cyborg cowboy who follows Hunt’s route. With a look that is inspired of characters from Western movies this five-star unit delivers superior Weakness Break Efficiency and strong damaging capabilities.
Leaked gameplay animations of Honkai Star Rail have appeared online even though Boothill’s official premiere is still a ways off. Videos that Dimbreath has shared show off Boothill’s unique traits which include a mechanical left arm, a cowboy hat, long hair and a slim build.
Boothill, a pistol in his right hand, uses a straight heel kick and burst mode to shoot opponents with a torrent of bullets. When the revolver’s burst mode ends Boothill switches to a charged attack using his left hand as a weapon.
