On September 27th, the eagerly awaited Genshin Impact 4.1 update is expected to go live. Two new 5-star characters, Wriothesley and Neuvillette, who will join the game’s already amazing cast of distinctive characters, are among the intriguing additions. Both Neuvillette, the Emissary of Solitary Inquity, and Wriothesley, the Lord of the Fortress of Meropide, will have key roles in the Cryo and Hydro components, respectively. The rumours circulating in the Genshin Impact community, however, indicate that these two characters have experienced significant changes, with Wriothesley receiving a bonus and Neuvillette receiving a nerf. Let’s explore these developments in more detail. Genshin Impact 4.1 Update: Wriothesley Enhanced and Neuvillette Adjusted

Genshin Impact 4.1 Character Adjustments: Wriothesley and Neuvillette

Recently, a Reddit post on r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks by Hakushin.in shed light on the modifications planned for these characters in the upcoming 4.1 update.

Wriothesley’s Power Surge

In this update, Wriothesley stands out as the undisputed champion thanks to a huge boost that transforms him into a strong 5-star DPS character. While his elemental abilities enable him to improve both the amount of damage he deals and his resilience to interruptions, his updated equipment suggests that he relies on basic attacks to deal the majority of his damage. Following his elevation, Wriothesley’s primary statistics are as follows:

  • Rarity: 5 Star
  • Weapon: Catalyst
  • Base HP: 13,592
  • Base ATK: 310
  • Base DEF: 763
  • CRIT DMG: 38.4%
  • Birth: November 23rd
  • Constellation: Cerberus
  • Native Fortress: Meropide
  • Vision: Cryo
  • Neuvillette’s Adjustments

However, Neuvillette has undergone changes that may have an effect on his overall performance, despite still being anticipated to be a 5-star DPS with a catalyst. His new equipment emphasises his ability to do large amounts of damage via Empowered Charged Attacks and more AoE Hydro damage from his Elemental skills and bursts.

Though it no longer has the capacity to provide piled damage, his passive ability appears to have undergone the most substantial change. This was once 130%, but has since been cut to 125% in version 4.1. Ascension statistics for Neuvillette are as follows:

  • Rarity: 5 Star
  • Weapon: Catalyst
  • Base HP: 14,695
  • Base ATK: 208
  • Base DEF: 576
  • CRIT DMG: 38.4%
  • Birth: December 18th
  • Constellation: ??? (To be confirmed)
  • Native: Court of Fontaine
  • Vision: Hydro

It’s crucial to remember that these changes are based on rumours and leaks from the community and have not been formally confirmed. These character stats could change before the game’s anticipated September 27 release date or perhaps as late as October 18. This is true of any pre-release information.
