These new Genshin Impact leaks come from reputable source Ubatcha and detail changes to some of the game’s newer and more difficult enemies. These include the Specters, as well as the Nobushi and Kairagi. Nobushi and Kairagi, in particular, are known for their hard-hitting attacks, and it appears that their damage will be significantly reduced during this update.

This damage nerf will also affect spectres, reducing their elemental output in battle. This will make dealing with them much easier, as they can deal a surprising amount of damage to an unsuspecting team in a swarm. These enemies come in a variety of elemental forms, with the Electro and Pyro types being particularly dangerous in the Spiral Abyss. This isn’t the first time the Kairagi or Specters have been weakened, and players may see more in the future if these enemies continue to pose too much of a threat in battle. These nerfs will almost certainly make future content much easier to complete, particularly battle-focused events like the Hyakunin Ikki. Players will still need to be cautious around these powerful foes, but they will be less dangerous following the 2.8 update.
