Dragon Ball Super start in a very specific time period, six months after the defeat of Majin Buu by Goku towards the end of Dragon Ball Z’s run, then Dragon Ball Super story starts. Many Dragon Ball fans don’t watch this series, on Cartoon because of time issues. So I am going to start making the Overview of all episodes one by one and in this article, I am continuing from the 10th episode of Dragon Ball Super. Dragon Ball Super Episode 10 Overview

10th Episode Show Us, Goku! The Power of a Super Saiyan God!!

We see that Whis informs the others that they cannot sense the Ki from a God. They cannot sense power levels from Gods which is quite interesting. There’s not much else to say about the fight other than it was awesome. We got to see Goku pull off a Kamehameha wave on Beerus, although Beerus didn’t seem to flinch. Goku also got to flick Beerus’ head and leave a little bruise on him on more than one occasion, on the other hand, we see that Beerus just having fun with Goku and easily doge and sometimes punches Goku but Goku try to hit him and other Z fighters see this fighting from far away.

The only humorous part of the episode is that Pilaf and his gang hang out with Whis to eat some food and they are not interested in the fight. I don’t recall this being in Battle of Gods, so this was a nice touch to the episode. The other Z fighters didn’t do much other than look on and observe the fight. Bulma took the others on a ship with a space rocket to see the action since Goku and Beerus were fighting high up in the skies.

Episode 10 of Dragon Ball Super was more of a feeling-out process between Goku and Beerus. Both characters admitted that they are not fighting to their full potential yet. The episode ended with them staring at one another teasing that they will go full power on the next episode.

Overall, I thought this episode was the best of Dragon Ball Super so far. There was a lack of filler fluff that had been present in the last few episodes. Hopefully, this type of quality keeps up for the episodes to come. It sounds like the fight between Goku and Beerus will be lasting for another two more episodes.
