The fans are excited for Delicious In Dungeon Episode 9 which will be out soon. The renowned Japanese animation studio Studio Trigger is currently hard at work on a brand new fantasy anime. The story follows a band of heroes as they face danger in a treacherous dungeon crawl. They make tasty meals out of scraps from the monsters that live in the dungeons so they can survive in this dangerous place. By the end of their voyage, they are hoping to have located their lost party member.

Marcille worries about Laios’s health when she awakens in Delicious in Dungeon, Episode 8, Season 1. Laios will be alright, Chilchuk and Senshi assure Marcille. The design and monsters of this dungeon briefly occupy Marcille’s thoughts. After then, a flashback shows us Marcille’s time in school. It has come to light that Marcille is the heiress of a gifted family and may one day become a court wizard.
We watch as each student completes the spirit breeding job that their teacher has given them. Shortly after, we see everyone bringing their jars of spirit-breeding supplies into the darkroom. We find out that the other female student is Falin, and Marcille gets compliments for her work. Other people have cautioned Marcille about Falin’s lack of effort.
After that, time goes by. We find out that Falin’s jar produced numerous spirits after everyone takes theirs from the darkroom. “How did you do it?” Marcille asks Falin. According to Falin, in order to pull it off, she went to a real dungeon. Because of this, the two decide to visit the actual dungeon. Following a series of conversations and misunderstandings, Falin and Marcille decide to become friends.
After that, we will go back to the current timeline. After Marcille and Laios talk briefly about Falin, Marcille urges Chilchuk to wash up before they leave the location. As Marcille indulges in some self-care, she can’t help but think about how their former party members left for financial reasons.
