A new video showing some of the action was released along with the announcement that Call of Duty: Warzone would receive a major upgrade shortly, activision also revealed that Season 3 will be arriving and Rebirth Island a popular area among players will be returning.
You may play Call of Duty: Warzone with friends and against other players in a variety of settings, such as Battle Royale, in which the object is to be the last person standing. Now that Rebirth Island has returned, the action is set to get even more intense.
Infinity Ward and Raven Software worked together to create Call of Duty: Warzone, a free-to-play battle royale game that is a follow-up to the 2020 original release. With a variety of game modes such as Battle Royale and Plunder as well as modern features like Circle Collapse and DMZ extraction it offers wide and intense battle situations.
A transport plane drops players into the map giving them the freedom to select from a variety of customisable loadouts. After landing they raid the play area, constantly contracting it, for weapons, equipment and supplies, all the while attempting to fool and outlast their opponents.
Rebirth Island was mentioned multiple times in Warzone’s archives which dataminers discovered earlier in February suggesting that it will soon reappear. Now that these rumours are true fans may get ready to explore the map once more. Rebirth Island was first introduced in December 2020 as a part of the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season One merger into Warzone.
A short trailer for the upcoming release of Season 3 has been released by the Call of Duty: Warzone developer, the popular Rebirth Island map is back in this new season which will be available starting on April 3. A sneak peek of the map was also released by Call of Duty on Twitter and it has important sites including the dock, industry, chemical engineering, prison, harbor, control centre, factory, stronghold and living quarters.

Since last year’s Call of Duty Next event when Rebirth Island was mentioned to fans have been looking forward to its return. It quickly became well-known for its challenging gameplay and unique setting, rebirth Island provided Warzone players looking for a more intense and fast-paced battle royale experience with its small area and focused activity.
The developer has been actively looking for solutions as a result of the numerous cheating concerns that the Warzone community has been facing, it’s still unclear if specific measures will be taken to address this issue as Season 3 draws near. Still gamers are asked to set April 3 as a reminder on their calendars and get ready for Warzone Season 3 which features Rebirth Island as the main attraction once more.
