Activision has promised gamers that just as in regular Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 some playlists will be swapped out for new ones on a regular basis during Warzone Mobile’s existence. Plus account levels and battle passes are included in Warzone Mobile’s cross-progression feature.
As a result those who have already purchased the battle pass for Call of Duty will be able to access it on Warzone Mobile and keep their progress intact. Additionally five unique items that are only available on the mobile platform are unlocked by mobile gamers upon the game’s release as part of the Season 2 battle pass.

Activision has revealed information about the playlists that Warzone Mobile players can expect when the game launches in a new update on the official Call of Duty website. These playlists include a normal Battle Royale mode with up to 120 players as well as a special version called Mobile Royale that promises more loot, more objectives and faster fighting mechanics. The Warzone’s famous Verdansk map is the default setting for both modes.
Furthermore, players can participate in the Rebirth Resurgence playlist located on Rebirth Island which provides a mode in which players can redeploy throughout a match after meeting certain requirements. Moreover, Warzone Mobile debuts vintage Call of Duty 6v6 modes in its playlists for Mosh Pit and Shoot the Ship which feature levels like Scrapyard, El Asilo, Hotel, Shipment and Shoot House.
The release date of Warzone Mobile which Activision first revealed last February has now been confirmed to be March 21 after more than a year of speculation. Activision also revealed details about Warzone Mobile’s cross-progression compatibility with both traditional Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 as well as extensive controller support and the return of Verdansk in addition to the release date. Warzone Mobile has long been available in beta for some locations, but on more expensive smartphones its graphics quality is really impressive.
