The Attack on Titan epic promises to be unforgettable, and preparations are in motion for the future chapters
During Monday night awards show the Attack on Titan anime was given the coveted Astra Award for Best Streaming Animated Series by the Hollywood Creative Alliance formerly known as the Hollywood Critics Association. The illustrious Hayao Miyazaki received the Astra Award for Best International Filmmaker on Saturday night at a different ceremony. At the same ceremony Suzume (Suzume no Tojimari) also received a nomination for Best Animated Feature but Sony’s Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse emerged victorious.
On November 4, the NHK General channel aired the grand finale of the Attack on Titan anime, which had a runtime of 85 minutes. The season finale was available to watch on streaming services like Hulu and Crunchyroll for people all over the world. The anime gorgeous theme tune, “Nisen-nen… Moshiku wa…. Niman-nen ato no Kimi e” (To You in 2,000… or… 20,000 Years From Now), was performed by the musical masters Linked Horizon.
The Complete Season of Attack on Titan Single-episode releases of THE FINAL CHAPTERS which are split into parts 1 and 2, are engaging Japanese audiences. These Attack on Titan The Final Season episodes which run from 88 to 94 each have a unique opening and closing theme. The beauty of Linked Horizon is evident in the opening theme song, “Saigo no Kyojin” (The Last Titan), and the closing theme song, “Itterasshai” (Have a Safe Trip” which features Ai Higuchi serenading the audience.
The first episode of the last season debuted on March 3 as an hour-long special. It can be watched online at Crunchyroll under the name Attack on Titan last Season: THE last CHAPTERS Special 1. The first instalment of the anime was premiered by Toonami on September 9 and is also available on Hulu.

Titan Attack The Final Season, which will take place over 16 intense episodes, began its breathtaking adventure on NHK in December 2020. The anime with English subtitles was made available to viewers worldwide via Funimation and Crunchyroll, and in January 2021 Adult Swim’s Toonami brought it to a wider audience. Concurrently, Funimation began to stream the English dub that same month, guaranteeing that Attack on Titan’s enormous influence was felt all over the world.
