Under the joint auspices of the Jharkhand Cycling Association and the Indian Cycling Federation of India, Sarita Kumari of Jharkhand emerged victorious in the sprint event of the National Track Cycling Championship, which took place on December 3, 2023, at the Sido Kanhu Velodrome Stadium in Khelgaon Ranchi. It is important to note that the Indian Cycling Federation of India and the Jharkhand Cycling Association are working together to jointly organize the 75th Senior Women & Men, 52nd Junior, and 38th Sub Junior Boys & Girls National Track Cycling Championship at Sido Kanhu Velodrome Stadium in Khelgaon Ranchi.

Sarita proved she was determined to compete in the final and won the medal by clocking 36.912 seconds in the qualifying round. Securing the bronze medal in the junior women’s division is an amazing sensation.
