Vijay Shankar, a professional cricketer who has played for the Indian cricket team Internationally on multiple occasions. Vijay plays for Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket. Vijay is an all-around cricketer. He is a right arm medium-pace bowler and right-handed batter. Vijay was born on January 26, 1991 in the Tirunelveli area of Tamil Nadu . Vijay has been playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and has been a part of numerous teams since his debut. He participated in the 2014 and 2017 seasons for Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad, respectively. Vijay was picked by Delhi Capitals for a significant sum of 3.2 crores for the 2018 IPL season. He was once again purchased by Sunrisers Hyderabad for the IPL season of 2019.
