Stuart Broad played for England under 19 team in 2005 against Sri Lanka under 19 team. He took 5 wickets and gave just 17 runs in the first Test. After consistently performing well in England A team, Broad was selected in England’s One Day Internationals (ODI) team on 23 August 2006 to play against Pakistan. It was on 28 August 2006, when Broad played his first T20 Internationals against Pakistan and took 2 wickets in 4 overs by giving 34 runs. On 30 August 2006, Broad played his ODI debut match for England. Broad was included in England’s T20 team for the ICC T20 world cup. He became the first bowler to get 6 sixes hit in his over in T20I. During the first match between England and New Zealand on 22 March 2018, Broad took his 400th Test wicket and became the youngest bowler to do so. Broad reached another milestone on 28 July 2020, as he completed his 500 Test wickets after taking the wicket of Kraigg Brathwaite. In 2022, while playing against India at Edgbaston, Broad gave 35 runs in a single over, which is the highest in Test cricket.
