Talented batter Richa Ghosh was born on 28th September 2003. She is an Indian cricketer. In January 2020, at the age of 16, she was added to India’s Women’s Squad for the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. Later in the same month, she was also added to Team India’s squad for the 2020 Australia Women’s Tri-Nation Series as well. On 12th February 2020, she made her debut for India in the Twenty20 International format, against Australia, in the final of the tri-series. In May 2021, she was awarded a central contract for the first time as well. In August 2021, Richa Ghosh was called up to the Indian women’s team for their series against Australia as well. She was added to India’s Women’s Squad for the one-off women’s Test match and Women’s One Day International (WODI) matches as well.

Her One Day International debut came on 21st September 2021, for India against Australia as well. However, she played for the Hobart Hurricanes in the 2021–22 Women’s Big Bash League season. And, in January 2022, she was added to India’s Women’s team for the 2022 Women’s Cricket World Cup in New Zealand as well. Meanwhile, the talented wicketkeeper-batter Richa Ghosh, who is known for her power-hitting, was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for ₹1.90 crore in 2023 for the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League 2023 (WPL 2023). She also plays for London Spirit in The Hundred as well.
