Sydney Sixers Women have won seven games so far and they are placed at the top of the points table whereas Perth Scorchers Women have won six games so far and placed fourth in the points table as well. However, both teams will try to win the game to keep their hopes alive in the tournament as well.
Notably, Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Sixers, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder are the eight teams which are currently taking part in the tournament. There will be a total of 56 matches in the double round-robin group stage. The round-robin stage will end on November 20.
