MS Dhoni News: What is the case about?

According to multiple media reports, Dhoni was promoting the fertilizer brand New Upaj Vardhak India Limited. The brand had initially entered into an agreement for an amount of more than INR 30 lakh rupees and following that the product was also delivered. It has, however, been alleged that the company did not cooperate with the DS Enterprise in the course of selling the product which saved a huge amount of fertilizer.
