Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will play against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the 39th match of the Indian Premier League 2023 on Saturday (April 29) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will play against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the 39th match of the Indian Premier League 2023 on Saturday (April 29) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Knight Riders have won three out of eight games this season so far and they are placed in the 7th place in the points table as well.

However, one of their three wins came against the Titans by three wickets as well. They chased down a total of 205 runs on the final delivery of their innings. Rinku Singh smashed five sixes in the last over to seal the deal for his side. Knight Riders beat the Royal Challengers Bangalore in their last game by 21 runs. KKR had put up a total of 200 runs for the loss of five wickets and restricted the Royal Challengers to 179 runs as well.

The Gujarat Titans have been on a great run this season so far and they have won five out of seven games. They have won their last two matches and beat Mumbai Indians in their last outing. Against MI, the Titans posted 207 runs for the loss of six wickets. Shubman Gill scored another fifty for the Titans. David Miller and Abhinav Manohar also played crucial knocks for the team as well. In reply, Mumbai Indians managed only 152 runs for the loss of nine wickets and lost the game by 55 runs as well. Noor Ahmad claimed three wickets for 37 runs in four overs and he was the most successful bowler for the team as well.

The Indian Premier League will be telecasted live on the Star Sports network and will be live-streamed on the JioCinema app. The toss will take place at 3:00 PM IST and the Match will start at 3:30 PM IST on 29th of April.
