Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Delhi Capitals (DC) on May 6 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Notably, the capitals are currently placed at the bottom of the IPL 2023 Points Table while RCB are at number five as well. In their last match, the Faf du Plessis-led RCB side defeated Lucknow Super Giants by 18 runs and now, they will be preparing to keep up with the momentum. Moreover, Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis will try to do well too.
Delhi, on the other hand, beat the table-toppers Gujarat Titans in their last match but there are a lot of areas that the David Warner-led side will have to improve in soon as well. Especially their batting, which has not stepped up in the absence of Rishabh Pant. Phil Salt, Rilee Rossouw, Manish Pandey, Priyam Garg and Sarfaraz Khan among many others have been very poor in the ongoing IPL 2023 season, while with the ball, they have done a good job so far, including Anrich Nortje and Axar Patel, who have been fantastic and so has been India’s veteran pace bowler, Ishant Sharma.
