Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Rajasthan Royals (RR) in an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 game on Thursday. The two teams have experienced contrasting fortunes thus far. Whereas RCB are currently atop the table with three wins from three, RR have won just once. The Virat Kohli-led side would be keen to pick up a win and keep the momentum going. Conversely, Sanju Samson’s men will want a win to arrest their slide and turn momentum around. The RCB skipper hasn’t yet fully fired with the bat, but that will change sooner rather than later. Sakariya will be the man tasked with ensuring it happens later. The young left-arm seamer has shown plenty of promise, but accounting for Kohli would be the biggest scalp of his career.
With the absence of Ben Stokes and the others not firing, Buttler’s role is an important one for RR. However, Siraj will look to snare the English wicketkeeper-batsman early. A Buttler who gets going is one of the most dangerous operators in world cricket. Siraj would like to ensure he doesn’t get a chance to get going.

He has looked unstoppable so far and the man who will hope to halt his momentum is Unadkat. The Saurashta left-arm bowler has his critics but is a canny operator who could cause ABD some issues.
Morris has been solid if not overly spectacular for RR. However, he is a key contributor in the back-end of the innings. Patel, meanwhile, has been a revelation for RCB as a death overs bowler and will be key to their chances of keeping the most expensive ever IPL auction buy quiet.
Maxwell has seemingly rediscovered his best with RCB, having flattered to deceive in the IPL previously. But Mustafizur presents a different challenge with his guile and variations as a fast bowler. Given Maxwell likes pace on the ball, The Bangladesh international might be key to keeping ‘The Big Show’ quiet.
