Hampshire will host Yorkshire in the County Championships 2022 match starting from June 12 at the Rose Bowl in Southampton. The four days match will witness the county sides, which are placed in the second and third spot of the County Championship 2022 Division One table, lock horns to consolidate their spot among the top sides. Hampshire who are three points adrift of table-toppers Surrey have a chance to topple them and take the top spot.
Hampshire have played six matches in the County Championship 2022 Division One so far. The county side has won four out of six matches with one loss and a draw. They currently have 102 points in their kitty. Yorkshire, meanwhile, have won only one match and draw five from their six outing to be placed third in the County Championship 2022 Division One table with 90 points.
