The County Championships 2022 will run from April 7 to September 26.
The County Championships 2022 will run from April 7 to September 26 with top sides battling it out for the Division One and Division Two championship. The 122nd edition of the County Championships 2022 will witness teams divided into divisions. Division One will feature Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Kent, Lancashire, Northamptonshire, Somerset, Surrey, Warwickshire.
Division Two, meanwhile, will feature Yorkshire, while Derbyshire, Durham, Glamorgan, Leicestershire, Middlesex, Nottinghamshire, Sussex, and Worcestershire. Apart from the young and national English talents; international stars like Shaheen Afridi, Marnus Labuschagne and Cheteshwar Pujara will be a part of this edition.
The tournament will start from April 7 and run till September 29. A total of 126 matches will be played in the tournament, including 70 in Division One, and 56 in Division Two. The prestigious tournament organized by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has been in action since more than a century and helped to recognize some rising talents.

The County Championships 2022 will be available to watch on ECB’s website ecb.co.uk/championship-live. The England Cricket app will also live stream games on mobile. You can go to the match centre of your preferred game and click on the ‘video’ option to watch the matches on your mobile devices. Every county side will also live stream their respective home matches, either on their websites or on social media.
