Find out the schedule for SA20 season 1

The SA20 2023 season will kick off on January 10 with a match between MI Cape Town and Paarl Royals in Cape Town. The top-tier South African league will run from January 10 to February 11, with a break between January 25 and February 1 when the Proteas visit England in a three-match One-Day International series. The lucrative T20 league will consist of 33 matches in which all teams will face each other twice in a classic home-and-away format during the league, followed by two semi-finals and the final.

MI Cape Town, Durban Super Giants, Joburg Super Kings, Paarl Royals, Pretoria Capitals, and Sunrisers Eastern Cape are the league’s six teams. Each of the six teams will compete for the coveted crown. After the Mzansi Super Competition’s failure, SA20 is South Africa’s second effort to organise and sustain a T20 league in the country. The tournament’s goal is to develop local players while providing them with the opportunity to play among high-profile cricketers.
