England will travel to the HPCA stadium in Dharamsala to take on Bangladesh in the 7th ODI match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. Dharmasala has a beautiful scenic beauty and the HPCA stadium is almost built on the lap of the mountains. However, the three Lions cannot sit and admire the beauty as they enter the match with a massive loss. England was outclassed fair and square in the opening match of the tournament against New Zealand. On the other hand, Bangladesh is coming after outfoxing the Afghanistan team in both batting and balling departments. The Tigers were led from the front by their captain Shakib Al Hasan with 3/30 from 8 overs. Simultaneously, Mehidy Hasan Miraz also chipped in with a handy spell of 3/25 from 9 overs. Subsequently, Miraz also scored a brilliant half-century (57 runs) to take his side home.

Bangladesh had been a very painful thorn for the three lions in Australia. Everyone remembers the heroic way in which the Tigers fought their way to oust England from the Quarter-final berth. However, English cricket has grown since then. England is now the defending champions of the trophy. Added to that, England has a very good and versatile batting order in their lineup. Naturally, England will be hoping it to be fast and pacy which will be beneficial for their batsmen. However, if the pitch turns out to be a slow turner then Bangladesh has the firepower to topple down the three lions.
