Colombo Stars vs Galle Gladiators, 7th match, LPL 2022: Live streaming, Squads

Colombo Stars will go up against the Galle Gladiators in the 7th match of the ongoing Lanka Premier League 2022 on Sunday at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. The Colombo Stars got their first victory against the Dambulla Aura by nine runs on Thursday and moved up to third place on the points table. The Galle Gladiators, on the other hand, have lost both their game and are languishing at the bottom of the table. Both teams will be hungry for a victory as we head into the business end of the tournament.

Galle Gladiators have a decent bowling unit and could prove to be a handful against the Stars. The bowling unit for the Stars is quite good as well and is led by the experience Suranga Lakmal. Dominic Drakes and Naveen ul Haq have both done exceedingly well for this franchise so far. Angelo Mathews needs to step up with the bat for the Colombo Stars, the skipper has struggled so far and would want to turn things around against the Gladiators. Charith Asalanka and Chandimal have ample experience and haven’t lived up to the expectations of the team and they too will be looking to put their best foot forward in this encounter.
