Chattogram Challengers won their previous match against Khulna Tigers after losing their first game of the Bangladesh Premier League season, and they will host Fortune Barishal on January 13 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. The Barishal-based team, on the other hand, won their last match against Rangpur Riders and will look to enhance their league ranking. The surface at Chattogram will aid batters in settling in and taking advantage of the circumstances. The team that wins the toss may choose to bowl first, and anything above 165 is considered a solid total.
The Bangladesh Premier League 2023 will include 7 teams. They are the Fortune Barishal, Khulna Tigers, Dhaka Dominators, Sylhet Striker, Rangpur Riders, and Chattogram Challengers. Each team in the league stage will compete in a total of 12 games. Throughout the competition, every team will play two games against other teams. The top four teams in the points standings at the conclusion of the league stage will advance to the playoffs.
