Australia will take on Pakistan in the Group A match of the Commonwealth Games 2022 at the Edgbaston in Birmingham on Wednesday. Australia are at the top spot in Group A with two wins from as many matches and a win will help them qualify for the next round while Pakistan will look for the first victory in the marquee event after a terrible start.

Australia registered wins over India and Barbados in their first two clashes while Pakistan lost to Barbados and India in their first and second game respectively. Meg Lanning and Alana King have been in fine form for Australia and will look to continue their fine run while Nida Dar and Muneeba Ali will be crucial for Pakistan.
