Valarie Carolyn Allman, also known as Valarie Allman, is an American track and field athlete who specializes in the discus throw. She won the gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics with a huge throw of 68.98 meters, becoming her the current Olympic champion. Allman was a seven-time All-American at Stanford University. In addition, she is the Diamond League 2022 winner and a bronze medalist at the 2022 World Championship in Oregon.

She later enrolled at Stanford University to obtain a master’s degree in communications. Then Valarie took a break from her studies to focus on her preparation for the 2021 Olympics.
