Tallinn Marathon is a road marathon held annually in Tallinn, Estonia. This is the largest annual marathon in Estonia, conducted in September. World Athletics classifies both the marathon and the half marathon as Bronze Label Road Races. The first marathon that was routinely held took place in 2010. Before this, a half marathon and a 10 km event had been organized since 2000, while the marathon had its first race in 1989 with roughly 100 participants. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, the 2020 in-person edition was canceled. Participants were offered the choice to run the race virtually, transfer their registration to 2021, or get a refund.

In the marathon, Ronald Kirui (2:09:22) holds the course record for men achieved in 2017, while Pamela Rotich (2:32:16) set the record in the women’s category in 2019. Evans Cheruiyot (1:00:29) and Janet Ruguru (1:00:19) are the record holders in the half marathon which they established in 2019. All four records are held by Kenyans.
