Bajrang Punia was born on February 26, 1994, in Khudan village, Jhajjar district of Haryana. Lord Hanuman, an Indian deity, inspired Bajrang’s name. At the 2023 Tokyo Olympics, he most recently added the bronze medal. At the age of seven, Bajrang began competing in wrestling under the guidance of his father.
