The FIVB Men’s Volleyball Club World Championship 2023, the final significant event of the international volleyball calendar, is slated to take place in Bengaluru, India, from December 6 to December 10, 2023. The championship will showcase some of the world’s most prominent volleyball clubs competing for the coveted title. Italy’s Sir Sicoma Perugia, the reigning champions, are set to defend their title against top-tier teams like Turkey’s Halkbank Spor Kulübü, Brazilian volleyball giants Sada Cruzeiro Vôlei and Itambé Minas, Japan’s Suntory Sunbirds, and the host nation’s own Ahmedabad Defenders.

On December 7, 2023, Sada Cruzeiro Volei will play Suntory Sunbirds in the Koramangala Indoor Stadium at the FIVB Men’s Volleyball Club World Championship 2023. Sada Cruzeiro will compete in their first match in this year’s Volleyball Men’s Club World Championship as they meet the Japanese team on Thursday. Meanwhile, the Sunbirds will be playing their second match at the Volleyball Men’s Club World Championship 2023, as they stunned Halkbank Spor Kulübü by producing a  3-0 (25-23, 25-23, 25-16) victory.
