The Men’s-17 European Volleyball Championship is held every two years by the European Volleyball Confederation, which oversees public under-17 athletes throughout the continent. The forthcoming EuroVolley U17M 2023 competition will be held in the city of Podgorica from July 19–30, and the volleyball community in Montenegro is thrilled about this. With only one week left, Ivan Bokovi, general secretary of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro (OSCG), took the stage at the upscale Voco Hotel for a much-anticipated news conference with the media.
Due to the U17 women’s competition taking place in addition to 2020, the European Volleyball Confederation has given the team category for male players under the age of 17 the international title. Their deeds carry enormous privilege and great responsibility. CEV has already commended the Montenegrin volleyball squad for their efforts.
On Thursday, the CEV U17 European Volleyball Championship matches will feature Poland and Italy. The outcome of the competition will determine how well each squad performs. Prior to the game on Thursday, Poland easily defeated France (3-0). On the other hand, Italy defeated the Czech Republic in a game (3-1). In this matchup, both teams would hope to maintain their current performance.
A thrilling rivalry is promised by the renowned Montenegrin Volleyball Class, which is situated in the vibrant city of Podgorica, the country’s main hub. The top 16 European ensembles who dazzled the world with their most incredible talents in 2007 or later will compete fiercely at this big gathering. Volleyball fans will have the same chance to catch a thrilling performance by adored teams from Montenegro, Italy, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Serbia, and other volleyball powerhouses. There will be sixteen distinct nations who will be interested. This European Championship was made possible by the Montenegrin Volleyball Class, which allowed our young competitors to engage in fierce competitions and gain experience playing for their nation at the European level. The 16 competing nations are split into two social groups according to the alternative method being utilized at the European U17 Championship in Podgorica. The activity of coordinating is crucial.
