Every two years, the European Volleyball Confederation, which is in charge of public under-17 athletes across the continent, hosts the Men’s-17 European Volleyball Championship. The Montenegrin volleyball community is very happy that the upcoming EuroVolley U17M 2023 competition will be held in the city of Podgorica from July 19–30. Ivan Bokovi, general secretary of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro (OSCG), stood at the platform at the posh Voco Hotel for an eagerly anticipated news conference with the media with just one week to go.
The European Volleyball Confederation has awarded the team division for male players under the age of 17 the international title due to the U17 women’s competition being held in addition to 2020. Both immense privilege and considerable responsibility accompany their actions. The Montenegrin volleyball team has already received praise from CEV for their efforts.
The Czech Republic and the Netherlands will play in CEV U17 European Volleyball Championship games on Thursday. How well each team does will depend on how the tournament turns out. A match prior to the match on Thursday saw Italy easily overcome the Czech Republic (1-3). Conversely, Serbia won a match against the Netherlands, 0–3. The Czech Republic and Netherlands, who suffered a defeat, will be furious and attempt a heroic comeback against each other.
The famed Montenegrin Volleyball Class, located in the energetic city of Podgorica, the nation’s primary hub, promises an exciting rivalry. At this massive meeting, there will be a heated competition amongst the top 16 European groups who showed the globe their most amazing skills in 2007 or later. Fans of volleyball will have the same opportunity to see adored squads from Montenegro, Italy, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Serbia, and other volleyball powerhouses put on an exhilarating performance. There will be interest from sixteen specific countries. The Montenegrin Volleyball Class made this European Championship possible, giving our young participants the ability to compete in ferocious competitions and gain experience representing their country at the European level. The alternative system being used at the European U17 Championship in Podgorica divides the 16 competing nations into two social groups. The task of orchestrating is important.
