Dillon Danis has just taken a jab at Dana White regarding the UFC president’s remarks about the upcoming showdown between “El Jefe” and Logan Paul. Following a lengthy exchange on social media, Danis and Paul are set to collide on October 14th in Manchester, marking a long-awaited confrontation.
During the post-fight media scrum at UFC 292 held at Boston’s TD Garden on Saturday, White was queried about the arrangement. Despite expressing a personal fondness for Paul, the UFC president didn’t hold a favorable view of the match-up. The 54-year-old president remarked:
“I like Logan. I like Logan, a lot. Great kid. Who in this room thinks that’s a great fight? Raise your hand please if him and Dillon Danis is a great fight? I know wh he’s fighting. Nobody? Not one guy?”

Danis playfully poked at Dana White’s recent remarks, suggesting that nobody dared to challenge the UFC chief due to the risk of jeopardizing their employment. ‘El Jefe’ playfully expressed:
“If someday raised there hand they know they would of been fired on the spot Imao”
It’s worth mentioning that Dillon Danis, who didn’t hesitate to uncover details about Logan Paul’s fiancee’s past, managed to tread cautiously when it came to Dana White. Danis also playfully mentioned that his initial set of boxing gloves was supposedly a gift from White, as stated in a subsequent tweet. The former Bellator fighter humorously stated:
“Fun Fact : @danawhite got me my first boxing gloves in 2010 – a pair of Winning ones made from beautiful leather. I still have them today.”
Dillon Danis has been persistently sharing images on social media that feature Logan Paul’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, with her past partners. ‘El Jefe’ recently drew a parallel between his psychological tactics and those employed by Conor McGregor in the buildup to McGregor’s UFC 229 bout against Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Drawing from the infamous instance where ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor had controversially involved ‘The Eagle’ Khabib Nurmagomedov’s wife, Danis is taking a page out of McGregor’s playbook to target Paul’s fiancee. Taking cues from his friend and training partner, Danis is using similar tactics to taunt Agdal. Speaking on the Full Send podcast, the former Bellator fighter shared:
“It’s the same thing, we’re selling [the fight]. You gotta sell the fight. That’s the whole part of it, you know. I don’t know, I don’t think I went too far. I think that with the girl, it’s hard when they are in your ear.”
