Elon Musk has recently shared significant developments regarding his envisioned showdown with Mark Zuckerberg, and it seems that the UFC won’t be playing a role in promoting this anticipated face-off.

Despite the initial proposal of the two billionaires engaging in a physical contest several months ago, the ongoing discourse about this potential showdown has unexpectedly endured, and the excitement surrounding the event has grown substantially as both individuals have been seen training alongside various current and former champions from organizations like the UFC and Bellator.

Zuck vs Musk has got everyone excited

The idea of these two billionaires facing off physically was first suggested months ago, yet the ongoing buzz around the possibility has surprisingly persisted. The excitement for the potential event has escalated significantly, fueled by the sight of both individuals training alongside a diverse group of current and former champions from renowned organizations such as the UFC and Bellator.

In a prior tweet, Musk had hinted that the fight would be livestreamed on X (previously known as Twitter) with the proceeds benefiting veterans, but the recent discussions he’s had with Italy’s Prime Minister and Minister of Culture mark the first substantial updates regarding the possible venue for the event.

Dana White wanted the fight to happen in UFC

From the moment the idea surfaced online, UFC President Dana White has been openly expressing his desire to play a promotional role in the showdown. During a recent episode of ‘Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson,’ White revealed that he has personally engaged in discussions with the Italian Minister of Culture about the possibility of hosting the fight at the iconic Roman Colosseum, demonstrating his enthusiasm for the event.

Musk’s intriguing hint about a grand Italian location strongly suggests that the option of hosting the fight at The Colosseum is under serious consideration. Nevertheless, it does appear that the UFC and Dana White may not be part of the equation if this exciting match indeed comes to fruition.
