The professional tennis player Sara Sorribes Tormo was born in Spain on October 8, 1996. One singles title, three doubles championships, a doubles title on the WTA Challenger Tour, and one singles title on the WTA Tour have all been won by Sorribes Tormo. In the ITF Circuit, she has won ten singles titles and five doubles titles. She won her first WTA title in Guadalajara in 2021 at the Abierto Zapopan. On 3 February 2020, she reached her career-high doubles position of No. 40, and on 7 February 2022, she reached her career-high singles position of No. 32. She competed in doubles at the 2019 Open de Limoges and placed second at the Bol Open on the Challenger Tour.

At the 2015 Rio Open, Sorribes Tormo made her WTA Tour debut in the main draw after advancing from the qualifying stages. Her first appearance at a Grand Slam competition was at the 2015 French Open, however she was unable to advance to the main draw. In contrast, at the 2016 French Open, she successfully qualified and made her Grand Slam main-draw debut. Her two WTA semifinal appearances in 2017—at the 2017 Ladies Championship in Gstaad, Switzerland, in July, and the 2017 Copa Colsanitas in Bogotá, Colombia, in April—were among her most notable achievements. At the 2018 Wimbledon Championships, she defeated Kaia Kanepi in the opening round to earn her first Grand Slam victory.

On October 8, 1996, Sara was born in Castellon de la Plana, Spain. With his brother Pablo, Sara grew up. Her mother’s name is Manoli Tormo Traverparents, but her father’s identity has not yet been made public. Also, her mother used to teach tennis and also runs a souvenir business. Her father, on the other hand, played professional soccer and worked in real estate. Sara was introduced to tennis at age 6 and, like her mother, pursued a similar career path.
